Magic Wand is a spot treatment stick that contains salicylic acid and brightening ingredients (such as arbutin) to exfoliate, enhance penetration of other ingredients, and target small, pigmented areas to even skin tone and appearance.
Some irritation, redness, or dryness is normal with use of this product. If this persists please contact the office as a consult may be necessary. This product cannot be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

KEY INGREDIENTS
ARBUTIN, 4%
A glycosylated hydroquinone extracted from the bearberry plant. Arbutin inhibits tyrosinase and thus prevents the formation of melanin.
SALICYLIC ACID, 1%
Aids exfoliation by weakening the links between cells in the outer layer of dead skin, allowing the normal shedding process to occur at a more optimum rate. By helping new cells surface, it improves skin texture, unclogs pores, enhances penetration (and therefore effectiveness) of ingredients such as vitamin C.
GLYCYRRHETINIC ACID
A component of licorice root extract, glycyrrhetinic acid calms the skin while minimizing skin sensitivity. In addition to its soothing properties, glycyrrhetinic acid can also help brighten the skin and provides antioxidant protection.
HYDROXYPINACALONE RETINOATE / ESTER OF TRETINOIN (VITAMIN A)
This ester of Retinoic acid (Tretinoin) is more efective and less irritating than traditional esters. A co-factor of collagen synthesis and a powerful antioxidant, this ingredient helps reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
BISABOLOL
Found as a natural component of chamomile, Bisabolol is an efective anti-irritant and anti-inflammatory ingredient, helpful in soothing red, irritated skin.
